As an Airline Account Manager, you should be an experienced airline knowledgeable individual who has demonstrated the capability to establish recurring strong relationships you are well versed in airline e-commerce, distribution products and solutions and you understand the opportunities around distribution with Offers and Orders. Your principal role will be to foster, possess, and oversee enduring relationships with our key customers and partners. You will assume full accountability for managing customer relationships and existing revenues, aiming to propel new sales opportunities and elevate overall revenue.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and influencing a cross-functional team engaged with the customer, encompassing technical pre-sales, delivery, and customer success, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Duties & responsibility:
1. Strategic Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key airline customers at various organizational levels.
- Define and maintain stakeholder mapping for comprehensive engagement.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
2. Establish and support Account Management and Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement comprehensive account management plans.
- Formulate effective sales strategies to preserve, expand, and grow existing business.
- Drive the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities to achieve company goals.
- Maintain a Pipeline of opportunities and effectively track progress.
3. Solution Presentation and RFP Management:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Airline Solution.
- Tailor demonstrations to align with the specific needs and challenges of each airline.
- Lead the technical aspects of RFP responses, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
- Guide and influence technical pre-sales, delivery, and customer success.
- Ensure seamless execution of account management plans through effective collaboration.
Knowledge / Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).
- Proven experience in a techno-sales role in the Airline or GDS and with a proven background in the airline industry.
- Existing relationships with C-suite executives and other high-level decision-makers within the airline industry.
- Strong technical background and understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development concepts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience responding to RFPs and crafting detailed technical proposals.
- Exceptional communication skills in delivering compelling presentations to a diverse audience.
- Fluency in English (an additional language like Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
