Eric Dumas is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of TPConnects. Eric leads our Product and Engineering strategy and teams and brings long-standing expertise in the airline distribution, pricing, and merchandizing verticals. Prior, Eric was the CEO of Vayant Travel Technologies (sold to PROs) and has been working in various C-Level capacities as well as a Board Member, in multiple verticals including travel, security, music and streaming, communication in private and public companies around the globe.

Praveen Kumar heads the Technology function at TPConnects for over 8 years and has 13+ years in engineering, data science, system & solution architect, and R&D. Prior to TPConnects, he was a senior-level Information Technology Manager, managing Airline & Travel Agency PSS and distribution workflow, program management, project management and project engineering. He also has experience in building travel retailing applications with in-depth knowledge of IATA NDC, IATA Financial Gateway, GDS, PSS and hotel aggregators. Praveen has proven ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive solutions.

Namrata Balwani heads the Marketing function at TPConnects. With more than 2 decades of experience, Namrata loves bringing together business, marketing, data, and technology. She has a diverse background as Head of Digital Marketing, Transformation and Customer Analytics at the Landmark Group, an entrepreneur and Co-founder of a digital start-up, SVP at Ogilvy, and a consultant helping brands through strategic marketing guidance. With experience in hospitality, travel, retail, luxury and more, she is passionate about building brands, improving customer experience, and harnessing the power of data + tech.

Aman Guglani serves as the Chief Financial Officer at TPConnects, with over 15 years of experience in Travel and Tourism, SaaS-based solutions, IT, E-Commerce, and Forex exchange services. Skilled in global stakeholder management, joint ventures, and finance operations, Aman ensures financial integrity and transparency. His expertise includes business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and governance. Leveraging analytical skills and financial acumen, he drives business growth and profitability. With prior roles at FCM, Carlson Wagonlit, Dnata, and Grant Thorton, Aman adeptly navigates the financial landscape for TPConnects.

With over 20 years of experience in IT program and professional services delivery, Giuseppe brings proven expertise in airlines/travel solutions, technology, and payments. He has built strong client relationships across Europe, APAC, Middle East, and USA. Previously with Amadeus in Nice, Singapore, and Dubai. Giuseppe oversees both Astra and Iris, our Airline & Travel Seller solutions, and focuses on elevating our customer value alignment.

Kristiaan van Dijken, our VP of Product Management (Airline) with 20+ years in the Airline, Travel, and Hospitality industry. Kris spent 11 years as Product Manager – Airline Distribution, NDC at Emirates Group, showcasing exceptional expertise. His strategic leadership adds significant value to our team, driving innovation in airline product management.

Paul Ryumugabe, our Vice President of Product Management (Seller), boasting 16+ years in the Travel industry, including a decade leading Revenue and Pricing teams. Paul’s distinguished career also features a stint as Interim Chief Revenue Officer at ODIGEO group, underscoring his strategic prowess. His wealth of experience fortifies our team’s capabilities, ensuring innovative approaches to seller-focused product management.
