Eric Dumas is a seasoned technology executive and the CEO of TPConnects, where he drives the company’s Product and Engineering vision with deep expertise in airline distribution, pricing, and merchandising. Eric previously led Vayant Travel Technologies as CEO through its successful acquisition by PROS. His distinguished career spans C-suite leadership and board positions across diverse sectors, including travel technology, cybersecurity, music streaming, and telecommunications, with experience scaling both private and public companies internationally.

As CFO of TPConnects, Scott brings over 18 years of global finance experience across multiple industries. Known for his data-driven approach and commercial acumen, he excels at building strategic relationships while driving financial performance. A Chartered Accountant qualified with CA ANZ, Scott began his career with KPMG in Australia before holding senior finance roles internationally, including executive positions with Nespresso USA in New York and Indeed in Singapore covering APAC. In the GCC, he served as CFO for Floranow and held finance leadership roles at Eyewa and BSBG. His experience spans rapidly scaling startups, mid-sized enterprises, and multinational corporations.

Praveen Kumar heads the Technology function at TPConnects for over 8 years and has 13+ years in engineering, data science, system & solution architect, and R&D. Prior to TPConnects, he was a senior-level Information Technology Manager, managing Airline & Travel Agency PSS and distribution workflow, program management, project management and project engineering. He also has experience in building travel retailing applications with in-depth knowledge of IATA NDC, IATA Financial Gateway, GDS, PSS and hotel aggregators. Praveen has proven ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in IT program and professional services delivery, Giuseppe brings proven expertise in airlines/travel solutions, technology, and payments. He has built strong client relationships across Europe, APAC, Middle East, and USA. Previously with Amadeus in Nice, Singapore, and Dubai. Giuseppe oversees both Astra and Iris, our Airline & Travel Seller solutions, and focuses on elevating our customer value alignment.

With over 18 years of international experience driving customer-centric marketing strategies, Antoaneta serves as VP of Marketing at TPConnects. Known for building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results across SaaS and digital platforms, she spearheads revenue growth through strategic brand positioning.

Previously, Antoaneta led partnerships, CRM programs, and global market expansion across Europe, the US, and Asia. A frequent speaker and consultant, she specializes in aligning brand storytelling with commercial scale.

Paul Ryumugabe, our VP of Business Intelligence, boasts 16+ years in the Travel industry, including a decade leading Revenue and Pricing teams. Paul’s distinguished career also features a stint as Interim Chief Revenue Officer at ODIGEO group, underscoring his strategic prowess. His wealth of experience fortifies our team’s capabilities, ensuring innovative approaches to seller-focused product management.

An accomplished product leader with over 25 years of experience in airline retailing, OOMS, NDC, and digital products, Pankaj Gabba serves as Chief Product Officer of TPConnects. He drives product innovation and strategy to deliver transformative solutions that create greater value for airlines and their partners across the travel ecosystem. Pankaj’s distinguished career includes product and technology leadership roles at Accelya, OpenJaw, and Datalex, where he built deep expertise in airline distribution and retailing. At TPConnects, he leads the Astra product portfolio, the company’s comprehensive airline solution designed to modernize airline retailing and distribution.

Stephanos Kykotis leads the Iris product line at TPConnects, delivering innovative solutions for travel sellers across the distribution ecosystem. With extensive experience spanning airline distribution, revenue management, and product strategy, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to travel technology. Stephanos’ career includes product leadership at Travelport, technical roles as an Airline Bookability Engineer managing distribution portfolios across Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent, and revenue optimization positions at Qatar Airways and Aegean Airlines. This diverse experience across airlines and technology providers positions him to deliver solutions that address real-world challenges for travel sellers.
