TPConnects – a global travel content aggregation and distribution innovative technology company – is currently seeking a Sales Specialist. The role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients within the travel sector. With expertise in travel sales, combined with in-depth knowledge of GDS, LCC, and NDC technologies, will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be joining our international team, mainly based in Dubai.
What you will do
Business Development:

- Identify and target prospective clients within the travel industry, including travel agencies and other travel-related businesses.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on promoting our GDS, LCC, and NDC solutions.
Consultative Sales:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor our SaaS solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Articulate the value proposition of our GDS, LCC, and NDC solutions, highlighting how they can drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Leverage your knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical details to clients.
Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, serving as their trusted advisor for travel technology solutions.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Conduct engaging and persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Customize presentations to align with the unique needs and challenges of each client.
Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Document all interactions, negotiations, and sales activities.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in travel sales, preferably within a SaaS-based technology company.
- In-depth knowledge of GDS, LCC, and NDC technologies and their applications within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients’ business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
What would be good to have
- Prior knowledge on Airlines / PSS / GDS / NDC / distribution channels will be a plus.
